About

A Sharjah-based software company building operational tools for UAE businesses

Corevia One is a subscription platform that gives small and medium businesses one structured place for customer records, quotations, VAT invoicing, tasks and business documents.

The problem we address

Most growing businesses here run operations across spreadsheets, email attachments and messaging apps. Information is duplicated, documents are hard to find and no one can see the current position without asking someone. Corevia One puts those records in one place with a consistent process.

Who we build for

Small and medium businesses in the UAE — professional services firms, trading companies, consultancies, agencies and contracting businesses — typically with between one and seventy-five people.

How we develop the product

We ship modules only when they are usable in daily work, and we publish what is live and what is not. We do not market capabilities that are not part of the service today.

How we support customers

Support is by email during published hours, with response objectives set out on the support page and an escalation route to management. Onboarding follows a documented eight-stage process.

What we do not do

Corevia One is not an accountant, auditor, tax agent, legal adviser, bank or payment gateway. We do not process card payments, and we do not provide tax or legal advice. The platform works alongside those specialists.

How we work

Five working rules we hold ourselves to. They are the reason parts of this website say a capability is not available yet rather than describing it as if it were.

  1. 01

    Publish before we sell

Prices, VAT treatment, renewal, cancellation and trial conditions are on the website before anyone is asked to buy.

  2. 02

    Publish what the product does

Product images on this site show the interface as it is built, and module availability is published module by module.

  3. 03

Ship a module when it is usable

A module becomes 'live' when a customer could run their working week on it — not when a first version exists.

  4. 04

    Agree scope in writing

Imports, training, configuration and business quotations are confirmed in writing before any work or invoicing begins.

  5. 05

    One documented channel

Support runs by email during published hours, with a written escalation route, rather than an untracked chat thread.

  6. 06

    Your data leaves with you

Records and reports can be exported as CSV or PDF at any time while the subscription is active.

Rooted in the UAE

The product is built and supported from Sharjah, and its defaults — AED pricing, configurable VAT rates, TRN fields on documents and a Sunday-to-Thursday support week — reflect how businesses here actually operate.
