• Controller — for information about prospects, account holders, billing, support conversations and marketing preferences. We decide how that information is used.
• Processor — for the customer records, documents and other content that a subscribing business enters into the platform. That business decides what is entered and why; we process it on their instructions to run the service.

If you are an employee or customer of a business that uses Corevia One and you want your records changed or removed, contact that business directly. We will assist them as their processor.

• From website visitors and prospects: name, business name, business email, telephone number and the content of your enquiry or trial request.
• From account users: name, work email, role, permission level and login activity.
• Customer-uploaded data: the records, documents and files you choose to store in the platform.
• Billing information: invoicing details and payment status. Card details, where payment is taken, are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by us.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and error logs.
• Support communications: emails and notes needed to resolve your request.

We use cookies that are necessary to keep the website and application working, such as session and security cookies. Where we use analytics or preference cookies, they are described in our Cookie Policy and are only set with your consent where consent is required.

• To provide, secure and support the platform.
• To respond to enquiries, trial requests and support requests.
• To manage subscriptions, billing and account administration.
• To improve reliability, diagnose faults and prevent misuse.
• To send service notices, and — where you have opted in — occasional product updates.

Where a legal basis framework applies to you, we rely on performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service, your consent for optional marketing and non-essential cookies, and compliance with legal obligations.

Corevia One runs on reputable third-party cloud infrastructure and uses a small number of service providers for hosting, email delivery, error monitoring and payment processing. Depending on the provider, data may be stored or processed outside the United Arab Emirates. We do not claim UAE-only hosting or data residency. A current list of subprocessors, their purpose and their processing locations is available on request at management@coreviaone.online.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers described above, with professional advisers where necessary, and with authorities where we are legally required to do so. Providers are bound by confidentiality and may only process data on our instructions.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), password-protected accounts, role-based access controls, activity logging, regular backups, separation of development and production environments and restricted staff access. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure, and we do not claim absolute security or any certification we do not hold.

• Enquiry and trial-request records: up to 24 months from last contact.
• Account and customer data: for the life of the subscription, then 30 days after termination to allow export, after which it is deleted from production systems.
• Billing and tax records: for the period required by applicable UAE law.
• Technical and security logs: typically up to 12 months.

Subject to applicable law you may request access to your information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction of processing, a copy in a portable format, or withdrawal of consent for marketing. Write to management@coreviaone.online. We will acknowledge within five business days and respond within 30 days, and may ask for information to verify your identity.

We only send marketing email where you have asked for it or where you are an existing customer and the message concerns a related service. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

The platform is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change. The last updated date appears at the top of this page, and material changes are notified by email or in-product.
