A customer portal and workflow automation are not available today, are not included in any plan and cannot be purchased or trialled.
Before you commit
The questions we are asked most often about billing, answered the same way they are written in the policies.
Am I charged per user or per company?
Per user, per month, on the Starter and Growth plans. You pay for the seats you have enabled on the account, and the seat count is confirmed at order time.
Is VAT included in the published price?
No. All prices are exclusive of VAT. UAE VAT is added where the supply is taxable and is shown as a separate line on the invoice and on the order summary.
Can I add or remove seats mid-month?
Yes. Write to us and we confirm the change and how it affects the next invoice before anything is applied.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is charged automatically. If you do not choose a plan, the account is closed. Trial conditions are published before you register.
Do I sign a minimum term?
No. Monthly plans run month to month and renew until you cancel in writing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
How do I pay?
By card on the bank's hosted payment page, or by bank transfer against an invoice. Card details are never entered on, or stored by, this website.
Commercial terms that apply to every plan
- Currency
- All prices are quoted in AED.
- VAT treatment
- Prices are exclusive of VAT. UAE VAT is added where applicable.
- Billing cycle
- Monthly in advance, unless an annual term is agreed in writing.
- Contract term
- Monthly plans run month to month with no minimum term.
- Renewal
- Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled.
- Cancellation
- Cancel by writing to management@coreviaone.online. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Onboarding fees
- Guided onboarding is included on Business accounts. For other plans, any onboarding or data-import fee is quoted and agreed in writing before work starts.
- Trial eligibility
- One free trial per business. Trial conditions are shown before registration.

Business accounts
A Business quotation is based on the number of users, the storage you need, whether assisted data import is required, the number of training sessions and any additional configuration work. We confirm all of it in writing before anything is invoiced.
